I really don't get the bad reviews on this place. I've been ordering from here via grub hub + in person for the last 10 months of working around this area. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and welcoming; every single time. I've ordered from salads to pasta from this place...and everything has been delicious so far. Food is made promptly, and prices are reasonable. The majority of the complaints here sound unreasonable because this is not a formal restaurant; it's a pizzeria!! You cannot expect table service at a pizzeria...unless it's probably really high end. And yes, you pay then get your food...like most places. I like this pizzeria a lot and I think the owners are great as well.
